High Performance
A powerful tool, the GOP12V-28 is powered by an efficient EC brushless motor and has a top speed of up to 20,000 oscillations per minute. It has a 2.8 degrees oscillating arc for accessory efficiency and a variable-speed dial to match speed to application.
Tight Tool-Blade Fit
The tool features the Starlock cupped and contoured 3-D tool-accessory interface, which provides more contact area versus the conventional, flat OIS interface and competitor oscillating tool-accessory interfaces. The cupped Starlock interface provides for higher torque transfer, a better blade grip and greater accessory stabilization.
Compact Design
The 12V Max Starlock is engineered to reach into tight spaces and is small enough to reach into corners. This oscillating multi-tool also has an ergonomic, small-grip circumference for extended comfort. The bare tool weighs under 2.0 lbs. and is 11.2 in. long.
Handy and Versatile
The GOP12V-28’s accessory holder allows attachment of blades at the optimal working angle. Ideal for door jamb cuts, the tool has a design allowing a full 1 in. depth of cut when using a 3-1/4 in. segment blade. It has a no-mar hose to help prevent scuffing of surfaces in front of the tool.

With more contact surface area between the tool and accessory, the Starlock interface is a cupped 3-D tool-accessory connection that delivers greater torque transfer for an expanded work capacity. The no-touch blade-change system makes it easy to attach, remove or reposition blades. The EC Brushless 18V motor offers up to 30% more power and better efficiency than previous-generation 18V motors for increased power and runtime, offering performance comparable to the corded Bosch GOP40-30 StarlockPlus.
